Thread: The principle of DMAIC has become fairly well known due to the increasing emphasis on quality improvement. Research an organization that successfully implemented DMAIC as part of a project or process improvement plan and share the highlights of the case with your classmates. What aspects corresponded with the material from Starbird & Cavanagh to this point? What aspects differed?
