For this Short Answer Assessment, you will answer a series of short answer items to
demonstrate your understanding how to apply leadership and management frameworks and
theories to effectively address business problems and opportunities. This Short-Answer
Assessment is based on the various case studies and other materials provided. You will
answer general questions about each case, calling upon your understanding of leadership
practices and frameworks. You will then answer reflection questions, relating the practices
and frameworks to your personal and professional experiences. Applying these leadership
practices and frameworks both inside and outside of the workplace will prepare you to be a
strong and effective leader.
Assessment Submission Length: Short Answer Assessment form on which you will answer
questions related to 4 cases. Approximately 2-4 pages of writing per case.
