Project 4.  Explore the role of Social Media in Customer Service.

Explore popular social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube, and so forth.  Select a company that you do business with regularly or that you admire, and then evaluate its use of social media channels.  Answer the following questions in two paragraphs (3 to 5 sentences):

A.      Briefly describe how this company uses social media channels to communicate with customers.  For example, does the company use the channels to market its services, solicit customer feedback, or acknowledge and handle customer complaints?

B.      Describe whether and how this company’s use of social media influences your perception of the company.
