Conflict is an inevitable part of human interactions. Reflect on a conflict you have experience at your externship. Review the tips discussed in chapter 8 pages 325-327 concerning how to resolve conflict in a constructive manner. Use the tips to assess your ability to manage conflict in a positive way. Submit two paragraphs (3 to 5 sentences) of the tips you can use to improve your conflict resolution skills.
