Needing help writing proposal

proposal to the state legislature concerning the future of the juvenile justice system. I will be discussing some recommendations for:

  1. Legislative proposals should be brief and straightforward. Identify the problem, and then describe your suggested solution to the problem as plainly as possible.
  2. Goal is to write a proposal that may convince at least one legislator that your idea is a good one and should be drafted into law. Following formal legislative practices is less important Neethan making a convincing argument and backing it up with evidence and facts whenever you can.

  4. INCLUDE JUSTIFICATION FOR THE SYSTEM BASED ON….

    4. POTENTIAL FOR REFORM

Include a justification for the system based on history, trends, causation theories, and potential for reform.
