Select a restaurant or bar with which you are familiar, or restaurants/bars from your area that represent each of the main beverage operation types.
Write a 525- to 700-word paper that includes a summary of the Week 5 Learning Team Collaborative Discussion, and provide the following for each actual beverage business you selected:
- Description of the operation and how it matches the beverage operation type
- The types of the most popular beverages served
- The ambiance or character of the business
- Legal and safety considerations specific to each operation (e.g. underage drinking, product security, purchasing, storage, handling)
