Conduct research on the consumers in a particular area using at
least two lifestyle analyses and marketing research databases.
Write a 1,050- to 1,400-word lifestyle profile for the
neighborhood. Include the following: Describe your research method.
Describe the databases and findings. Describe at least two
strategies you could use to segment your market. How does this
profile provide you with insight on how the people in this area
perceive your organization? How will your target audience
characteristics help you determine your market strategies? Is the
demographic and psychographic information accurate? Why or why not?
Provide a brief description of the facility or organization. Cite
