After reviewing material in Chapters 8 and 9, and other sources, discuss the following from the perspective of a health care system[a grouping of hospitals, and outpatient clinics] that is thinking about offering its own health insurance product to its service area of 5 million population: How does it compete against other health insurance companies in terms of premium costs, and quality of care provided?
