Create a 4-5 slide PowerPoint or Prezi presentation

A.      Slide 1: Introduce the name of the person you interviewed, company name, title and how long they have worked in their role

B.      Slide 2: Provide some information about the company (include product or services, location, pictures, web site links, customer comments and etc.)

C.      Slide 3: What you learned about the Customer Service Desk from your interview

D.     Slide 4: List three recommendations you learned in class that could improve the Customer Service Desk or the Customer experience e.g. update the webpage to include live chat, create a customer database, outsource delivery or valet parking
