Use this week to start putting the contents of previous weeks into an intervention plan.

Create a detailed outline of an intervention plan in about 700 words. Do the following:

• Use pp. 212–219 of your textbook as a guide to outline the 3 program planning phases and related steps according to the relevant details provided in those pages.
• Note gaps in information on your outline.
