3.       Respone to VALENCIA

As the new product manger with Samsung I have a wonderful plan to get the latest smartphone out to our loyal customers in Australia. Our plan will be to target those who live on the coastal region with our new Samsung Edge 8 that is water- resistant, repel spills, splashes and dunks. We will focus on the GSM service which means they will have very good service along the country's coastal region. We will also focus on how the dual pixel technology with auto focus thats fast and seamless, so they can take pictures while they are visiting Fraser Island. Which is the largest sand island in the world. We will also make note that the consumer will love taking pictures at night. how thy can capture the city at night while taking a cruise on Sydney Harbor. The challenges would be reaching the new customers who have other phones like iphones. we would show how we use sim cards with more memory and no clouds. The opportunities would be to get those paying $400 on iphones to see how better quality the Edge is 8 and the  low price.

2.       Respond to Penny

Health care quality can be defined in different ways.  Quality in health care can be defined in terms of structure, process, and outcomes.  Donabedian suggested a model for assessing health care quality based on these measures.  Structure involves human resources and the material of the organization that measures the health care provided.  The process involve the actual care of the patients and management.  The outcome is to improve the care linked to the structure and process of the organization. The outcome is what happens to the patients health and are they satisfied with the care they are given.  The health care organization is responsible for finding ways to improve health and health care for everybody.  We can do this by providing information about health plans and the cost of the services offered.

3.       Respond to Melena

Structure measures evaluate the infrastructure of health care settings, such as hospitals or doctor offices, and whether those health care settings are able to deliver care. These measures include staffing of facilities and the capabilities of these staff, the policy environment in which care is delivered, and the availability of resources within an institution. Processmeasures are used to determine the extent to which providers consistently give patients specific services that are consistent with recommended guidelines for care. These measures are generally linked to procedures or treatments that are known to improve health status or prevent future complications or health conditions. Last but not least theres outcome measures. Outcome measures evaluate patients’ health as a result of the care they have received. More specifically, these measures look at the effects, either intended or unintended, that care has had on patients’ health, health status, and function. They also assess whether or not the goals of care have been accomplished. One outcome measure that could be used is the results of a patient with diabetes or high blood pressure. Once the patient is under a treatment plan, one must follow up, monitor and record the progress of the patient.
