CEO at Apple, did a fantastic job of applying the idea of perceptual
maps to describe how his new product compares with competitive products
in the smartphone market.
Use the ideas he presented to briefly describe one (1) product (good or service) offered at a business you are familiar with and the products that compete with yours.
