From your Unit 5 readings about organizational change and the cultural values aspects of globalization, consider the change theories held by two (2) of the characters that you encountered in the Riverbend City Cultural Competence simulation (reading attached). Choose characters that interact directly and that appear to be in conflict with each other over how the situation should be handled.
